Basic Arrhythmia

This eight (8) hour class is designed to cover a wide range of topics that are pertinent to identifying an ECG rhythm. The course will start by covering anatomy and physiology of the heart to allow the student to have a better understanding of the physiology of the cardiac rhythm. The course will also cover how to identify sinus; atrial; junctional; heart block; and ventricular rhythms, the causes of each along with signs and symptoms. The course will include a significant amount of time interpreting cardiac rhythms, and what treatment approach would be most beneficial for the patient
